今天终于忙完了..6am做到12pm, 很累不过看见顾客开心的吃, 我就满足了!!
今天烤了5种不同口味的贝果和一堆牛油饼和巧克力牛油饼..(都是非生铜的)
今天有几个顾客信息我问我还有做低碳蛋糕吗? 当然有哦, 我是全职baker..会做的我统统都做 😂
而且我都会问顾客要生铜或非生铜的menu, 所以大家别担心..
今天迟回复很多讯息 真的不好意思呐! 一旦忙完就会回复你们..
Finally, sitting down and rest. Start baking from 6am-12pm, tire but feeling happy when I saw customer enjoying their bakeries.
What have I bake today?
5 different flavour bagels, butter cookies & cocoa butter cookies. (All these are non keto ya)
Btw few customers texted me ask if I still bake low carbs bakeries? Yes of course! I am a full time baker. So basically I bake whatever I know how to bake 😂
And don’t worry about mixing up the menu. I usually ask customer they wan keto or non keto menu. Then I’ll send according to their request.
Last but not least, sorry for the late reply. But I promise I’ll reply you guys once I done all my baking ya!
